Help with rose cutting?

A neighbour had these beautiful climbing roses - kinda a peachy/orange/pinkish colour - so of course I had to ask her for a few clippings to root. I put them all in cut off pop bottles with moist soil, put the bottles back together and now one of the clippings seems to be getting black spot on it. All the clippings were healthy when I got them. Is there anything I can do for the black spot? can I save this clipping? Where might I have gone wrong? The last clippings I did which were also my first 4 clippings ever all rooted well within 25 days so I'm not sure what I did wrong?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
