best temp for rooting?

Hi,

I just got a little computer that reads temp + humidity and have it sitting in with my roses that are rooting. Temps have been between 70 and 80. Humidity is 80% + .

Is that right for rooting, or should it be warmer? I changed around my setup slightly to move the plants away from the window. It is starting to get really hot in the sunroom as the sun moves lower in the sky for winter. I was afraid of my cuttings frying.

Thanks!

Michelle
