Lots of Success with Cuttings ~ Now What?

Hi there. I have got a lot of nice rooted cuttings. I started them all in the small bands I received my mail order roses in. They are all growing and the roots are starting to come out of the bottom. I need to transplant into bigger pots I guess. I have even planted a few that were really big in the ground a few weeks ago and they are doing very well. Will the ones I pot up in bigger pots be OK outside this winter. I also have a few really small bands I just received in the mail that were too small to plant. There is a cut out part of our house that is surrounded by three walls, east facing that is very protected. Our dryer vents are there too. I'm also zone 8, not too cold here. Is this a good place for them this winter? What do you think? My husband said he would build a small cold-frame for me too if necessary.
