Couldn't get pictures

I tried to print out the Hartwood pictures on how to propagate and take the cuttings. For some reason or other when I highlight the message and then hit the print button, it erases everything. I then tried to copy and paste to my Word Pad and print out. It did the printed parts but would not print the pictures. I don't understand what I do to make this happen. Can anybody tell me just what is going on that I can't do this any more? Thanks so much for any advice. - Barb

I just tried the same thing: highlighted the copy and photos, clicked on file, clicked on print,
clicked on print selection then print. It worked for me. I'm sorry, but I'm not computer savy enough to help you beyond that. I hope someone else is. You might try posting your problem on the Computer Help Forum.
