| Erskine's Prairie Peace, a hybrid spinosissima, has become my Great White Whale of obscure rose hunting over the years. I did receive unrooted cuttings once from a very kind person, but was I unable to get them to take root. I"ve been told that difficulty in rooting such cuttings has been one of the reasons why spinosissimas are not as common commercially
Anyone know where I can purchase/obtain this Erskine's Prairie Peace for next spring? The only commercial vendor did not ship to the US. Thanks! |

| I currently have two in my garden. It is normally propagated through suckers but I will try to use tip layering this year on several of my canes. I understand that it can probably (possibly?) be propagated that way. |

| That is a gorgeous plant. If you could, possibly send a sucker to an ownroot plant nursery like vintage, we don't have any commercial sources for this plant- which is such a shame! As a breeder I'd cross it with everything pretty much.. |
