What do you use it for? Could there be something to substitute, that would do as good a job?

Perhaps it is that they can not ship it to you...but that would still be rude not to at least explain that.

I hope you find a source, but also know that rooting can be done without it, just a bit less success.

O.K. I'm game. I have some R3 that is not being used and can mail it to you . Mailing white powder via U.S. mail may invite the FBI to my house considering your location, but what the hey.
