I have put on many swaps in the round robin forum over the last 9 years. I am currently doing my Acres Edible Swap and have been thinking of putting on my tomato and pepper only swap. It would have the same rules that apply to standard swaps. If we get 10 people interest I will do it. More would be fun. ~~~A few small details~~~~ All seeds must be clearly marked and packed correctly. For tomatoes color and days to maturity and for peppers size and heat if possible. More info would be wonderful. NO mixes or unnamed varieties. Example: NO tomato mix or green bell pepper. Seeds must be named. Everyone one has these and no one wants them. This swap is not a clean your old seed out swap. If you need more clarification on this please email me. We all participate in these swaps to get something new. 10 seed per pack minimum.
One person must not send in more than 3 copies of one certain seed. One person must not send in more than 50 seed packages (Email me if you want to do more) You will receive at least the amount of packages you send in most likely more.. A wish list is recommended. ( A wish list is a list of seed you would like) You must attach the correct amount of postage to the self addressed stamped bubble mailer or address labels and stamps to get the mailer back to you. You must send your full name on the mailer , mailing address, garden web name and email address on a card or added to your lists. This helps me a lot. Emailing it too me works as well A list of seeds you sent is recommended. This helps so you don’t get your own seeds back.. Packages will be fill in order arrival Sorry for all the rules it just makes a better and more organized swap and a lot easier if rules are involved. With only my self doing the swap as much information I can get is the best. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS PLEASE ASK. Acres MUST GET 10 PEOPLE TO MAKE THIS A GO.

| Purpleacres, I mailed my seeds today, sorry this is down to the wire, we were snowed in the past 2 days, took 4 hours to shovel out the driveway by hand ( its a quarter mile long, the plow couldn't get past the built up ice down to the pavement and my car got stuck 5 times trying to get out, what a day ! ) but I made it to the post office FINALLY ... I used DC so I'll keep an eye on its progress ... enjoy your trip ! ~Iris |

| Howdee The trip went tremendous and we had a great time. We ended up going to Reno Nv. We did not win too much but it was great fun and wonderful quality time spent together. Its soo very nice that after 16 years of being married he can still suprize me. :-) Now On to the swap: I have not recieved any new mailers sence the last update. The mail comes here in about an hour and I will run down and get it. I have only filled a few mailers and added a few packs to a few others so far but I will work on it today and get all mailers out tomorrow. I will have plenty of seeds so any late mailers will be fine. Acres ps I will do an update tonight |
