| Howdee,
It's time again for an edible seed swap as I have put on years in the past. Last one I put pn over 45 people and over 1500 seed packages were involved and a lot of fun was had by all. This will be for all edible items typically grown in a veggie garden. SOME BASIC RULES All seeds must produce edibles. (veggie, herbs and fruit found in an edible garden) All seeds must be clearly marked and packed correctly. All seed packages should contain enough seed to try out that particular edible. You will receive at least the amount of packages you send in most likely more.. You must send a wish list if your except to receive certain seeds back. You must attach the correct amount of postage to the self addressed stamped bubble mailer or address labels and stamps to get the mailer back to you. You must send your full name on the mailer , mailing address, garden web name and email address on a card or added to your lists. This helps me a lot. Emailing it too me works as well A list of seeds you sent is recommenced. This helps so you don’t get your own seeds back.. One person must not send in more than 5 copies of one certain seed. One person must not send in more than 70 seed packages. all mailers are due at my house by February 14th. Packages will be filled in order of arrival. Sorry for all the rules it just makes a better and more organized swap and a lot easier if rules are involved. With only my self doing the swap as much information I can get is the best. | Hi there, this looks like such a great swap, I have just received in 20 heirloom tomato varieties I could share, I was wondering how many seeds would normally traded for heirloom tomatoes? | I don't want in, but I have some seeds to send...especially herbs. Please send me your addy and I'll mail them off. My email addy is on my member page because GW mail never works for me, either. Also, I have a lot of marigolds of various shapes and sizes. Some packs just say "Marigold", and some give a better description. | Sounds great! Thank you for hosting this again -this will be my first time joining in. My daughter's in laws plan on growing more vegetables this year, plus at least 4 others I know. | Howdee Sorry I have not posted in a bit, the weather in northern California is a bear. Very high winds. Well we are up to 27 people and all that I can email have been emailed. Well on to the seeds. I just founds loads of seeds and a friend of mine gave me some seeds for the swap. Sunflowers of all sorts of colors shapes and sizes to promote those bee to the garden and the seeds are yummy to eat too if the birdies dont get them. Please email me if ya have not recieved info. | I would like to join My home computer was killed by lightening. I will have to come back to the library to get e mail. I did go through alot of my veggie seeds the other day. I know I have alot of extras. I have Buttercup Squash seeds drying. I have some other new squashes I can cook and get the seeds from. I can also use some flower seeds for a cutting garden and any named unusual varieties. |

| I've packed up the seeds I have right now. I'm a little embarassed to admit *blush* that it's all just standard varieties. Nothing really special. But when that seed order of mine comes in I'll have a few really neat things to throw in the mix. Yeah! This is my first seed swap like this folks, so keep your eye on the packs from Rebecca150 and give me feed back about the way they are packed, if the quantity of seeds is appropriate and if the seeds are of a useful varity for general purposes. I'd really appreciate it if you would kindly let me know if I screw anything up! I'm reading the rules and faq's, etc, to try to do it right the first time but please do let me know! Rebecca150 |

| howdee there A couple things here Fliptx, I got your mailer with 22 pks in it. Great selection too. Booberry, I just remembered that monday in a holiday. I have planned to get the swap in order and mail the mailers back some time early next week. I am still waiting on a few people that needed a bit more time. I also have just asked for interest in an all tomato and pepper swap. There is a post in the round robin forum and the tomato and the pepper exchage. I would like to get at least around 10 people so it is a decent sized swap. The more the merrier is what they alway say Right? Acres |
