| Hi Gang,
I am hosting the Bird Watchers Swap on Nature forums and I need some tips on how the partner set up works and what is typical? I have hosted before and after I matched up partners, I would email the partners with their respective partners and leave it up to them to exchange addresses and mail out. I have also emailed addresses to partners and they just mailed out. Can some of you senior hosts give me some tips? Thanks,
|

| Hi Susan, I'm not a "senior" host by any means! However, I believe that you swap should be dealt with in the way that you are most comfortable with. The only concern to be had is that everyone's email is current so that each member is able to contact the other for the mailing address if that is the route you choose. Otherwise, it's pretty much in you hands as the the method of swapping. I, for one, am very much looking forward to this new exchange! Best of luck deciding! |
