Jamie It is a blast.
MY best tip is to keep the loop to only 6 or 8 players. Last time I did two loops of six. That keeps it moving fast and it can be finished in a little over a month. A little more for you to keep track of but it seems to be worth it.
My other guideline on ANY swap is keep everything to a flat rate priority box with Delivery Confirmation. With rates what they are today you could end up spending $20.00 or more on postage if you use a regular box
