I'm just over a year on the garden web but I think a "grant me a wish seed swap" would be nice. I know that I have extra commercials and some from my own garden to share.

I'm out of work right now (bulging discs) and would be willing to take on the challenge of having them delivered here to be sorted for others.

I think you would do just fine starting your own swap. Just look at the rules and guidelines from other swaps to get the ideas of what and how you would like to run yours.
If you want it to be like the Secret Santa Swap then it would be up to you to gather everyone's real address to have it available to send to everyone who signed up so they can mail out when you close the swap to sign ups.
You could call it something catchy like, Wish Upon a SEED swap or something.
I am sure if it is based on a wish list like some others that have gone on in the last few months you will have members to join.
There are a lot of us who have hosted swap so any advice you might need just ask we will help you.

You will never learn how to host(ess) a swap if you don't jump in and do it.

LISA! That is a GREAT IDEA for a swap, so how about doing it then?
