What a darling poem! My Grandmother, who was a 3rd grade school teacher, used to recite James Whitcomb Riley's poem Little Orphan Annie to us. My favorite part was -

On Tuesday I will post a list of words, phrases or names that evoke the "spooky season". You will choose 12 words and email your list to me by Thursday night. Starting Friday I will draw two words each day. Each time a word is drawn from your list, that is a point against you. On Friday and Saturday, the little ghost will also draw two words each day. Those words will disappear from the list as if it never existed, and if it is on your Bingo list, it will disappear there too. The first person to have 0 words on their list wins. If everyone still has words on their list on October 27 the person with the fewest words left wins. If more than 2 people have the same number of words I will post a tie breaker.

If one door closes and another one opens.....your house is probably haunted.

Yes she is a Naranjilla- she was about 5 months old in that pic.
Of all the plant (veggie and flower) she is my fav. My kids have nicknamed her " the witch" because she looks so wicked.

My seeds are on their way!

I am here tonight for a favor. I am in need of quick prayers for my 24 year old daughter. She went to the emergency room yesterday because she first started having stabbing pains in her chest then her left side began tingling and she was dizzy and had difficulty concentrating. She was tested for stroke and bloodclot and when they could not find anything, sent her home. Her pain went away but not the tingling. I took her to the chiropractor and she didn't do any work on her because just simply looking at her and her reactions to certain tests made the chiro ask me to take her back to the er. I took her to a different hospital and they have admitted her. I know someone asked if MS was in the family and I do have a cousin. They are doing an MRI tomorrow and after reading the symptoms tonight, realize that Elizabeth has several of them and they even mentioned some patients had pains described as stabbing which is how this started. I am scared for my daughter and pray that MS is not the problem. Please keep her in your prayers and I will keep you posted. Thanks Margo
