| The Robins have left home! Robin A is flying north and Robin B is flying south.
IMPORTANT: This way no one who signed up for both boxes should be getting them at the same time.....SO KEEP THAT IN MIND.....don't try to cram all of your stuff into one box if you signed up for both. The Rules:
![]() NORTH: Robin A
SOUTH: Robin B
I hope everybody can find some things they like and can use! Robin A DC#: 0306 1070 0001 2541 8848
Please use the following link to help keep track of the Robin. Just cut and paste the latest DC# and it will tell you when it has been mailed and delivered! Remember you have a responsibility to the rest of the players here to pass the Robin on...a responsibility you accepted when you signed up!
The Delivery Confirmation labels in the boxes are blank, but I did record all the numbers from the respective boxes in case someone should lose their receipt....we can then use process of elimination to determine which it is! Have fun!

| Marie....the metal leafing sheets or the metal embossing stencils? |
|
| Oh I'm next!!! I will be waiting for it : ) Have lots to add. This is so exciting!! Nancy |
|
| Netta - the sheets. My sister makes cards and she lets me play when I am over. I thought they would be fun to put designs on cards with. What else are they used for? |
|
- Posted by nettasaura Z8 WA (My Page) on Tue, Dec 12, 06 at 17:37
| Sounds like you picked out the embossing stencils....did they have designs on them like a hummingbird, grapes, etc? If that's what you picked then you and your sister are going to have a blast. You can use them as straight stencils or you can put them under the cardstock or vellum on top of a light box or light source and using an embossing stylus you can create raised designs. If you picked the metal leafing sheets, I included an envelope that had blue variegated gold leafing sheets. Those you can use to gild just about anything you want....but you have to use the gold leafing size to make it stick. I have had that blue green variegated sitting in my craft closet and have never ever used it....keep finding myself going for the plain old gold. Netta |

| Box B was sent on to jackier 123 on Monday. Confirmation # 0306 1070 0001 2541 8671. I took out some metalic buttons, some ribbon, a cross stitch dog, and some beads. I didn't realize we were going to post what we put in so I'm not even sure what I did put in the box. I remember an apple shaped pincushion, a wooden cutout, and some assorted thread for cross stitching. |

| Hey Kathy....hope you can do something with that MinPin portrait....I did it while I was in the hospital at 29 weeks of pregnancy trying desperately not to give birth to a premie and going absolutely stir crazy....so DH brought me supplies and the pattern I had made with PCStitch and I cross stitched....for TWO WEEKS straight, 18 hours a day (except for when they put me on Mag to stop labor, YUCK!!!)....finally got to go home (but on mandatory as little moving as possible bedrest until I was 36 weeks)....it was so hot I spent the whole last two months in the bathtub, up to my eyeballs in cool water....and then after the little monkey tortured me like that and the doc said I could safely give birth...do you know that little sucker refused to come out...and I tried every trick in the book to induce my own labor...wasn't happenin! So there are some memories attached to that cross stitch and another one that I didn't quite finish before I got to go home from the hopsital (which is why I didn't include it in the box). So PLEASE ENJOY! |

| I got a notice that Box B is at the post office. Will pick it up and send back out Saturday. Jackie |
|
| I will love having the cross stitch. I have trouble with my hands and I found out that if I cross stitch they don't hurt. Crazy, huh? So I go to garage sales and get them all the time for practically nothing. I have enough to last 20 years after I retire so I always have at least 5 of them going at a time. They relax me after a long hard day of work so the benefits are great. I take a lot of ribbing about not finishing most of them but one day I will. lol Kathy |

(But haven't done a page in ages...) And of course kids crafts are the word here. My little girl is a budding artist. She is asking Santa for new crayons. | Hi guys, Just wanted to let everyone know that I picked up the box today on our way into town. I haven't even opened it yet. I will go through it tonight, repackage everything in a new box (this one is pretty beat up) and get it back in the mail tomorrow hopefully or Thrusday at the latest. I also wanted to let everyone know that my Home computer has finally given up the ghost so I will be using the one at the library until I can replace it. Kayla & I go to story hour every Tuesday and I usually go there on Friday's to pick up a movie or 2 for the weekend on our grocery shopping trip. I will make sure and check e-mail and posts then so please don't think I have abandoned everyone. I will make sure and use DC # on the package and will post the # as soon as I can. Merry Christmas everyone. And thanks so much for hosting all these wonderful swaps Netta. Hugs, |

| Quick question...... I should get box B within the next few days and will get it in the mail ASAP. But it looks like Box B may get to me from Debbya sometime next week. I'll be out of town until the 1st. Should I have the post office hold it, have Deb hold it for a few days, or have it skip me, go to Juspeachy and then back to me? Sorry to throw a wrench in the works. Netta what are your thoughts? Monica |

| Lisa...I have sent everything to your yahoo address. So the box has been sent to Monica's house and apparently Lisa didn't get the email asking her to send to Jodi instead since Monica won't be home until the 1st. So now we just have to hope that the box doesn't get stolen off her front porch in the meantime. I checked a satellite map using her addy and it seems she is on something of main thouroughfare that at the time of the satellite pic was not too heavily populated (who knows though since the sat pic of my parents house seems to be about a year and a half old)....so cross your fingers ladies! Netta |

| Hi ladies! I'm checking the web-site from here in New Jersey. And I'm glad that I did. I'm sorry for holding things up. A satellite map? Yikes......what does it show? LOL..... I do actually live on a fairly buzy street. But we are up on a hill , and you can't see onto the porch. I'll try and get my next door neighbor to check for the package and take it in. And I'll hustle and get it out as soon as I can when I get back. Thanks, and Happy New Year all. Monica |
|
- Posted by nettasaura Z8 WA (My Page) on Fri, Dec 29, 06 at 18:28
| Actually Monica...you can't see much...the houses are tiny, cars are smaller than ants and any people appear to be a tiny speck of dirt and like I said the pics seem to be at least a year old if not more....if you want to know the truth...where the X marked the spot, you have no house! LOL! Anybody can go take a peek at their house at yahoo! maps....type in your full address and then zoom in all the way, then in the upper right hand corner of the map click on satellite...kind of funny and very weird at the same time. But at least with the pics being really old you can't really be invading anybody's privacy...you can't really see any details. And thanks Monica for keeping right on top of this even though you are out of town. We all appreciate it! |
|
| Hi Everyone, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!! I got the box on Friday, and sent it out on Sat. DC# 0306 1070 0001 2541 8763 Monica, Deb, I put back in, Tina, Netta, Have a great day all, |

She has already used all of the pomp-pomps, some of the scrap book paper, and the paper ribbon??? We also took a wooden frog to paint. Will get it in the mail tomorrow with some scrap-booking stuff, another yarn, ribbon, kids crafts etc..... I'll be keeping an eye out for the next box. Thanks all! Monica |

I ripped it open pretty good, so I may have to repackage it in another box...maybe a bigger one, it is jammed full! So far, my son has insisted on two of the craft foamie kits. I found kiddie beads and scrapbooking pages, plus I can take some of the yarn for my art projects. Now, I must scour the house for things to add. I should be able to mail this out tomorrow. Will repost with confirmation, etc. Thanks to all, Jodi B. 'ThreeShyAcres' : ) |

| Tina, Don't send me any candy or I'll eat it, LOL! I'm on a diet (just started it). I'm trying to lose 10 lbs, so will not eat anything fattening for a couple months. Then, it wears off gradually, and I just watch what I eat. Too many rich calorie foods around Christmas! And my never ending Birthday, LOL! Big hugs for thinking of me! Deb |

| Tian..Tina..Tina...You could have kept the bunny.I would have still loved ya! You are just too sweet for leaving it for me,((BIG BUNNY HUGS)) Nancy |
