My brother who moved to California almost two years ago came to visit. He had called to say his merry xmas' ten minutes before leaving for the airport on xmas eve so we all thought it would be another year without him. What a total shock for all of us but especially for my Mom, who is 80 and misses him terribly!

Heidi sent me some seeds today and she had a hard time in the process. Our post office sent them back to her for some reason. I can see that she clearly had the correct address but they returned it as undeliverable. It said "no longer lives on campus" and "incomplete address". I think they misread the zipcode which may have sent it to the University. Either way, she did everything correct.

In her pretty hand made card I found, 4 O'clocks and black knight scabiosa seeds. Excited to plant these.
