Help with identifying plants needed

Dear all

While on a recent trip to Cape Town, I photographed some plants on Table Mountain and in the Kirstenbosch botanical gardens. Since they were completely foreign to me, I did note some of their names but not all. Unfortunately the latter group included two that I have had a really hard time identifying post-journey, and hence I was wondering whether anyone on this forum could help me.

Pictures of the plants can be found on the following URLs:

The first one:

and the second one (from Table Mountain)

Sincere thanks in advance.
Stefan

Stefan, try posting you photos here. This one is based in SA and many of the members have visited that garden. My friend Heinie was there recently.

The first photo is a Leucospermum species, and the second one is definitely a Watsonia species.
