I'm very excited to see this Aristea bloom after 3 years. Its about 5-6 feet tall and evergreen here in zone 10a , California. Been blooming for a month so far and still going strong. Just wanted to share my excitement!

I have a potted Aristea ecklonii and have been waiting for two years for it to bloom. Perhaps next year....

Beautiful Aristea major Annie, I am so jealous! As to Aristea ecklonii not blooming in two years, something is definitely wrong with your growing conditions if this is not in almost constant bloom in southern or northern California. It is practically a weed here with virtual constant bloom off and on in the warmer months if it is regularly deadheaded. Be careful of A. ecklonii in irrigated gardens, as it spreads around quite easily from seed and can take over...

Hi
I think I was just looking at your nursery! I want this plant very badly but was so disappointed to see you don't have it in stock...girl...when can we get our hands on them?
