Is this Tecoma Stans?

I grew this from seed this year and the label is missing. can anyonw ID this for me please?

not a tecoma by any means (they have pinnate/ash-like leaves)---perhaps an allamanda of even some kind of hibiscus---if a broken stem bleeds a milky sap you likely have some kind of periwinkle relative (which includes oleander, allamanda, and plumera (frangpiani)) and can forget about hibiscus and its relatives for whatever help that is.

That is alot of help. It gives me a clue anyway! I will check for the milky sap and go from there.
