First off I'd like to say I'm new to the forum, but have been using this as support for a long while. I find the forums a wealth of information and am very grateful!
I have this jade that I have kept for a number of years. In the past year the jade has exploded with new growth and I'm unsure what to do with it. The newer branches have started to grow downward because, I assume the leaves are too heavy to grow upward. As a result the jade isn't growing upward like I like but has a lot of low lying branches and is spreading outward and downward. Long story short I guess I would like to know if you can prune jade plants without hurting it. I would love to ensure that the jade has a long lasting life of growing upward and inward!
