| One of my 3yr old Protea repens is blooming. See a couple photos on my Blog.
Anyone else have any Protea blooming in the Northern Hemisphere now?... Ross |

| Lots of Protea blooming now at our California latitudes, I have Protea 'Pink Ice' in full bloom for a month or so already, and I have seen several other species such as the King Protea in bloom at nurseries, as well as various Leucadendrons and Leucospermums in bloom already. In southern California, the Leucospermums would already be blooming for a month or more. Plus, in upland more temperate areas of Hawaii, the season is even earlier than here in California, and they furnish the cut flower Protea market nearly year round. |
