| Have lots of wild salvia sclaria and think I can use it to perfume white wine?? Anyone tried or know of other uses? |

Do you mean Salvia sclarea?
If so Salvia sclarea has been used in Europe for a long time. In Culpers herbal it is used for skin infections
with Honey and some other ingredients. Its essential oil is commonly used in massages here again mixed with other items.We like it for it nice flowers of course. I am sure there are more uses also.
