See pasting in images to GardenWeb threads

http://faq.gardenweb.com/faq/lists/butterfly/2004063437012966.html

the code is (start the line with <, no space before img, and end the line with >, no space after the "):

img SRC="http://www.website.com/filename.jpg"

Lots of people use photobucket to upload their images to for their posts.

Here is a link that might be useful: How to attach images to GardenWeb posts

The problem, Kathy, is that you tried to post something that's on your computer, which is why you might have been able to see it on the test forum. The only way we can see it is if you create an account at a free image hosting site (i.e., Photobucket.com) as Rich mentioned.

After you upload your pictures from your computer to Photobucket, you can embed them all within a post by copying and pasting each TAG line, which will be under your image on Photobucket, into the message box here at GW.
Or, if you just want to provide a link to one image, you can just copy and paste the URL line from Photobucket into the "Optional Link URL" box at the bottom of the "Post a Follow-Up" area here at GW. Both of these options allow you to upload images of any size.

Hope that helps! :)
