Flowering in the first year from seed?

Will Salvia pratensis, viscosa, transylvanica, turkestanica flower in the first year form seed? I started the seed in Dec. 2004 - Jan. 2005 and they are in 2-4 inch pots. Height is 2 -6 inches. If I set them outside in the garden in May will they flower this summer?

S. pratensis and transylvanica should flower this year. Turkestanica, usually described as a biennial, won't bloom till next year. Don't know about viscosa.
