Rust on S.coccinea

First has anyone had this problem on other salvias?
I had this on one of my microphyllas one year have not seen it since.
Any suggestions for controlling this organically if not
then just need some suggestions on controlling it.

Well I answered my own Question. By removing the leaves
that had rust (before the spores started showing up). |
