My Pineapple Sage is turning purple

I have bought a nursary plant and i transplanted it into a bigger pot. It has been in full sun for about three weeks and is not growing and is now turning purple. I water it usually every other day. Is there something that I am doing wrong to make it change colors?

Have you had some cold nights say upper 30's? That will
turn the leaves a different color.
