burned salvias (annuals)

I have about 12 (out of 36) white salvias that got a little burned by a frost a few nights ago. Since the frost, it has been in the 80s and 90s, so they might be a little sunburned too. Only the top leaves and flowers are wilted; there is new growth at the bottom of the stem. They are only babies, about 6 inches tall. Should I cut them down to the new growth? BTW plenty of water. They aren't thirsty. :-)
