Salvia chionopeplica?

Does anyone have a picture of this sage? The only photo I found is on Robin's site. There is a hillside near my home with a sage growing all over it... looks a bit like clevelandii, but I'm pretty sure it isn't. Growth is lax, basically a ground cover, foliage is light green-gray and looks much like culinary sage. Flowers are in whorls like clevelandii, but flowers are light lilac, and calyces are much lighter. I really need to be better about posting pics, I know...
Anyway, it's growing at a public animal rescue center, and nearly covering the hillside, so I didn't think it would hurt to take a few cuttings. :)
From my description, could it be another salvia? I'm still learning about the CA sages... thanks!
