| Hi
Is this plant ok with wind? I have been told that strong wind destroys the leaves. Thanks |

| It depends on your relative humidity. This is a steppe or an alpine meadow plant. The tip off is the basal rosette of leaves. If you are in a subtropical climate, remove old dead leaves and make sure you have air drainage as well as good root drainage to minimize nighttime heat and humidity effects. |

| Thank you. This is an island house in Greece, which is very exposed to North and South winds when they come and when they do they are strong winds so maybe it's best to plant this salvia against a wall with the best protection. Just started planting here and choosing the hardiest plants in the more exposed areas. |
