Weeping blue salvia sage lost after 10 yr past winter

Hi -

All of this beautiful plant are gone. I am kicking myself for not digging it and bringing indoors. It hasn't come back.

The almost true blue spires are atop 4 feet long stems - amazingly beautiful.

They wave in the breeze while covered with butterflies.

Hoping to post a photo if possible. If anyone knows what it is, please. I can't find it on the web.

You named it, voodoobrew. Thanks so much for help in posting link and especially naming it. I will be heading to Forestfarm in Williams next week. They lost a lot from cold weather and just hope they didn't lose this. Crossing fingers.

Don't give up with Salvia uliginosa. It can be late to resprout. Last year, (in England) it did not show any life until the 3rd week of May. Then it went crazy. It spreads around a bit, so look around the original plants. (This winter was the coldest here for many many years, and it resprouted last week, doesn't make much sense....but it is there!

Encouraging advice, Robin. Glad to know this beauty is hardier than expected and yours is coming back. ForestFarm said their's is resprouting and they're even higher than me and I'm at 1600 feet elevation.
