Harvesting Salvia B & B seeds

Since the Black and Blue is not hardy in my area, I need someone to tell me how to harvest the seeds so I can save them and start new plants next year. This is my first year for salvia Black and Blue and want to keep it. What about cutting it back in the fall and taking it inside? Thanks for your help.
