Woo hoo! Black & Blue and Purple too :)

I'm so happy! I picked up 4 salvia black & blue and 2 Brazilian purple today. 1 gallon pots for $6.49 each. I can finally stop searching for the B & B.

I have a few questions since I've never grown these two salvias.
1) will black and blue really thrive in full Florida sun (9a)?
2) will Brazilian purple be perennial in my zone?

I don't know about the Brazilian Salvia, but the Black and Blue did quite well in my hot, sunny Central Valley, California gardens. You will have a lot more humidity than we do tho'.
