sagittata sick

My S. sagittata has been putting on a fantastic display for the past few months, but when I had a look today it's wilting. It's still got heaps of buds on.

We're in the middle of winter. Haven't had any major frosts yet; the daytime temp is 14 - 18oC, and at night it goes down to 4 - 9oC. The ground (hills sand) is very wet at the moment because of near-constant rain.

Am I right in thinking the wilting is due to wet feet? My other salvias are slightly higher and probably get better drainage. They're all looking fine.
