What is your favorite colored Salvia?

Greetings Everyone,

What is your favourite coloured Salvia? I am partial to the pink ones. My favourite changes everyday as more & more flower.I think the best flowering pink would have to be Salvia Dorisiana the colour is devine, the fruity smelling leaves is equally yummy.

I agree that Salvia dorisiana is stunning in every way.

I would also add Salvia castanea, for the gorgeous deep maroon flowers. Also, S. gesneriiflora can be stunning in winter. Then there are some of the greggiis such as "Sierra San Antonio".

I really like S.greggii Raspberry Ripple. Now if I can just keep 'em alive through a coastal Texas winter.

My favorite is S. involucrata "Mulberry Jam" The Hummers and I love the deep pink blossoms.

Right now my favorite is tubiflora b/c it's blooming, I like the color of 'Silke's Dream'too.
