Will my Salvia survive?

I went to a nursery and got several plants among them the owners gave me some salvia (free of charge) that well looked like they were gonna die. I was told this is black and blue salvia but as you can see it's on its death bed. It does have tiny tiny new buds (sorry the camera quality isn't great) but is lime colored (came that way). Is there anything I can do to help it live?

Only time will tell. If it is a S.guaranitica Black & Blue it
also has underground tubers that will help it recover.
Hope it all turns out well!Keep us posted on your progress.

I hope it does, I saw a healthy one at the nursery and they're a beautiful royal blue color. I've never see anything like them! I'll be sure to keep you guys posted, thanks.
