LOVING melissadora!!

I have to say Melissadora has been a great plant in my zone 7, it is definately a keeper. Pretty blue flowers and nice full foliage.

Since this is my first year growing it, does anyone know how hardy it is in my zone?

I googled and found it is hardy to zone 9, close but no cigar for you however. I feel your pain, living in nearly the same zone as you.

I love it too even though it got big and floppy I'm in zone 6 and it didn't survive but it might for you it had quite a large woody base by October. Here's one picture I took last September. Sarah

RE: LOVING Farinacea, I mean!!

Ooops, my bad.

Sarah thanks for the photo because based on it, the plant I am loving so much is NOT a melissadora. It looks like it is farinacea. Tags must've been misplaced.
