Really Need HELP with new salvia

I bought a salvia about a month ago about 7 iches tall with blooms and planted in a container with "Expert potting soil" and placed on my balcony( I live in an apartment I can only plant in containers) I water everyday as directed on the plant tag; it is been raining every day for a week here and the blooms are turning brown and falling off and today one branch feel off also got some spots on leaves and flies around it. I bought "Fungicide3" but I am unsure if I should use it? This is the first time I plant something and have no clue on what to do? If anyone can give an advise I greatly appreciated ~thanks~

Please we are going to need more information like what Salvia is the Salvia's name?
What type of(evening,morning etc) and how long does it receive
direct sun?

Something is eating the flower of all of my salvia's, I think it is caused by the southern pink moth which lays it's eggs in my salvia, the pupa eat just the flowers, I must have a lot of them because every one of my salvia has no flowers left, I have B&B, LIR, among others, anyone know what to do? I don't want to hurt the hummers.

Have you tried spraying with Sevin concentrate? Its easy to use and won't hurt the hummers at all.
