Salvia Propagation

This is probably a stupid question but do they propagate themselves? I've had several May Night and numerosa and I never noticed before but this year it looks like I have a whole bunch of new plants?? If they are when can I re-locate them....later this fall when it cools off?

I have some Salvias reseed all over the place, others not so. It depends on the variety.
