how long does s. discolor take to bloom from seed?

I have two small plants of what I *hope* are salvia discolor (andean sage). I say *hope* because I don't have a marker telling me what the plant is, but what I have sure looks like s. discolor, and it's something I've had on my want list for a long time. I wouldn't put it past myself to have aquired a couple of seeds in a trade and plant them without a marker, thinking "I'll definately remember what this is". Anyway, they've come up in a large planter that I have a passiflora exoniensis growing in. The two small plants in question are not coming up anywhere else, so I don't think it is a weed. I don't have a photo, but they look just like this:

Anyway, my question is: how long should they be taking to bloom? I've had these two plants for about oh, 4 months or so. They're about 10-12" tall, but not at all bushy.

Thanks for all your help!
