Salvia Reptans West Texas propogation

Has anyone tried to propagate Salvia Reptans W Texas Form from cuttings? I would like to give it a go, but would appreciate any tips or experiences you may have. I am planning on trying woody, semi soft wood, and soft wood, stripping them and hormoning them- and trying some in water, and in plastic soda bottles with a sterile mix.

semisoft rooted easily for me in my aeroponics setup. they should easily root in water

i took cuttings of cuttings throughout the winter and they grew to over 2 feet and bloomed nicely this early september. I was just bummed that they were not as blue as the pictures show they are.

But i also had a 400w setup for them after the got rooted

The plant I have puts out a few voluteer seedlings most years. In the past 5 years none of the seedlings have survived their first winter while the original plant just keeps rolling along. It is peaking now with a least 100 tiny blooms per day. I can't say I'm exactly in love with the salvia but it does bloom just when something new is needed in the garden.

I love reptans west texas form, I love the two toned flowers and the grassy foliage, I have propagated from the non woody stems as well, it roots easily...
