Almost finished cleaning up all my large salvias that were destroyed by Rita. Microphylla types were low enough to be OK and madrensis was protected enough just to be blown over but were easy to prop up again. All the elegans, leucantha, Limelight, Anthony Parker, and Indigo Spires are just 6" nubs right now. A surprise was one I just started growing this year - El Cielo Blue. It popped back almost upright and is now blooming with 12" spikes of sky blue flowers, definitely a keeper.
