When plants are grown under darker conditions the leaves are larger and heavier but more fragile.
The broken leaves you could use to make nice leafcuttings.
And the rest of the plant you will need to help with some support to prevent falling over.
Try to grow sansevierias in brighter light conditions.

It is usually closer to the window...but thats the most light i can possibly give it, sadly. Its not very good, I know. I had to move it so the leaves wouldn't crush my other plants by the window.

That species will grow in any conditions, more light the ligher the leaves will be. The piece that is falling over, yes take off the complete rosette carefully and replant either in another pot, or make a hole and replant, next to mama plant, prop it it up with some rock if need be, or a bamboo pole to hole it until the roots strike down again. It looks good to me, and good color. Too much light too quick will burn the leaves. Take that into consideration when you decide what you want to do. Al the other leaves are standing up straight so you must be doing it right. I don't know where you live so must be careful with any kind of advise. Norma

I agree with Herman. The fallen leaf would do better as leaf cuttings.
One of my sanse was in this condition one time and I thought I'd give up on it. So I just took off the broken leaf (that was before I knew about leaf cuttings) and practically just left it to die in the sun and rain, on TOP of a pot of soil in the corner of my yard. I totally forgotten about this unfortunate sanse when I rediscovered her again after 2 months (mind you...with complete neglect aka no watering etc) and SHE LIVES! She has managed to produce roots which bore into the soil and up till now she has managed to live and produce pups.
Just goes to show, that since plants will make such a great effort to live, so we humans should have the same spirit to survive in the world! So now, this 'mother' sits on my desk at work to remind me to always keep up the fight for a better world.
