Welcome and good for you. Also first leaves are no indication of what a Sans will look like. Those are still juvenile leaves. Give it some time. It may still be as you said. Post back in a few months to show us. Those white edges will in time turn a brownish red. Nice fine and save on your part.

Thank you Stush,i didnt know that juvenile leaves are different.Ive tried several leaf cuttings from other Sans and the first leaves were almost identical with the adult ones.Oh well..i learn something new everyday...lol.Also ive been on Gardenweb for several years mainly as a lurker and occasionaly posting something...think ill crawl back to my hole now!hahaha

Congratulations on your plant, it looks very well rooted seems to have another pup coming in already.

It doesn't look like S. pinguicula though, more like S. cylindrica, or S. francisii or some other species with cylindrical leaves.

S. cylindrica?mmm i dont think so,you see the plants that were being sold were small but with tight rosettes, and not in the distichous way cylindricas are.....perhaps S. francisii is more accurate...but we will see!
