Hi! I need to repot my sans. The plastic pot it came in has split.I can't decide to go with another plastic pot or unglazed clay. What are the benefits of clay?Is there really a big difference between the two?THANKS!!

Its whatever preference you have but for me and anything succulent, etc, the only way to go would be clay. Clay helps to regulate the watering and also provides stability for the plant.

Hope this helps,
Susan

I agree with Susan. You will be bringing them in for winter and it will be dry so plastic wouldn't matter.
I collect vintage pottery, drill holes, and plant my sans in them with very fast draining soil. As long as I am very careful with the water, no problem.
