I am not too experienced with sans, but this looks like sansevieria patens. Google the name or look at glasshouseworks.com.

Some cylandrical varieties of sans look totally different when young than when they are mature.

I also think it's an American form of S. 'Patens" there may be more than one form. This one probably came from Koko Crater and introduced by ISI. There is supposed to be only one clone in this country. With the leaves recurving far back, it does not match the description. It does have a narrow channel, and leaf grooves. It will take at least five years for it to mature, so many changes will be made with the inner leaves growing taller at each new appearance, the leaves will be marked with blackish green lines to almost the apex. The flowers will really pin it down, it just may be another form. Norma
