ID is impossible from that photo. There are at least 5 sp. that come to my mind. We do need more info about sizes, leaf roughness, where the pic was taken etc

yes, the photos are much better. But anyway I can only guess. This is not a plant I know, and it looks rather small for a mature Sans.

If you want my probably false opionion, this is perhaps a hybrid, or a still juvenile plant already in flower.

Would you believe it is a Sansevieria concinna? That is what it is after a few years growning wild. Sansevieria francisii and Sansevieria concinna are the only two Sansevieria's I planted in my yard. Sansevieria concinna I had in a pot but didn't like the way it was growing, it kept wanting to grow out of the pot.

definitely not concinna, it has spoon-shaped leaves with a rather long petiole
