How to care for new starts

As you can see in the picture, I am attempting to propagate new plants. I started these way back in April or May and they are just now starting to send up rosettes. With it being the beginning of fall, I am wondering when I should bring the plants in for the winter and what amount of water and fertilizer I should provide.

Looking good! Water and fertilizer is going to depend a lot on your growing conditions. If you have a warm, bright area for them they will keep growing and be able to take more water and fertilizer than if it is cool and dark. Likewise how often you need to water etc is going depend on conditions. Best thing is observation. If soil is cool, things are not growing you don't want them damp. If soil is dry and the plants are shriveling than you will need to water more often.
