floppy sans/ID

I bought this sans several years ago at walmart. It has always been floppy, no matter what I did in terms of care. It's growing, new straight stems every year but the outer leaves are floppy. Please tell me what type it is and if it's supposed to be like this? The plant is greener than the pic shows, flash washout with the window here. Thanks!

Well, it must be a really rare plant, LOL! Not sure if the floppy part of the question is what nobody is able to answer or if nobody knows what type of sans this is : )
