How tall is it? If it is the size of a regular Sans. trifasciata, it might be S. trifasciata 'Silver Queen' Unlike most trifasciata varieties, it is supposed to propagate true from leaves, and not revert to the basic form.

If it is more compact in height, it is probably S. trifasciata 'Moonshine' also a lovely plant.

This is wonderful, I have 12 different sans ,from tall,medium and rossette, I just love them as they do so well in our hot dry climate here in Central Queensland.

I'd say that's almost certainly Moonshine, and a beautiful specimen!

It couldn't be 'Moonshine', since (the other) Karen mentioned that it propagated true from cuttings, which Moonshine won't do. Cuttings from 'Moonshine' produce S.t. 'Robusta'

A nursery in my area has a huge 'Silver Queen' going for big bucks. Quite a bit of the plant looks damaged, but even if someone removed those parts, there is a lot of plant there worth salvaging. I wish I had the money. (Sigh.) The newer, undamaged growth looks just like the picture.
