Leaf Propagation of S. cylindrica

Hi folks,

This S. cylindrica leaf was a gift from a GW Hoya friend. I potted it up last Sept. & found a new pup about an inch long in July. So pretty much a pregnancy-length rooting time, this one had. Note the interesting ridges on the larger leaf.

Gonna be a handsome fella.

Congratulations on the new addition to the family.
The leaf takes after the mother let me know if it is a boy or girl? Norma

Forgot I had a 2nd leaf of this also propping in another location. In a clumpsy moment, knocked it over & look what I found.

1st - looks ordinary w/ roots starting

2nd - turned it over & look what I found, a little pale cutie:

Thanks again Denise, seems they've both taken root now -- yippee!!!
