yes, that is S. fischeri, the intermediate form between juvenile and adult.

S. singularis is a synonym, the name S. fischeri is older and takes precedence.

if it were my plant, i would wait with repotting until the pot breaks ;)

Anyways. If you want a mature plant with singular, cylindical, green, +1m long, thick leaves, do not separate. If you want the - often considered mor attractive - juvenile stage with smaller, nicely striped leaves, then keep dividing.
