I would take it outside, remove it from the pot and cut the large roots between the offshoots. Then let the wet ends where the cuts were made dry for 24-72 hours and replant.

I wonder about your "..keeps falling over.." comment. This might be too much water and/or nitrogen for the amount of light it gets but that is a conjecture. Try less water or more light next time.
